Sacramento — Senate Majority Leader Mike McGuire, chairman of the Joint Committee on Fisheries and Aquaculture, will convene the 49th annual Zeke Grader Fisheries Forum Wednesday, October 19th, which will be focused on some of the most critical environmental issues facing California.

After nearly 30 years of controversy, massive policy setbacks, and straddling bankruptcy for years - the agency that was charged with trying to bring rail back to the North Coast will officially cease operations, per state law passed by Senate Majority Leader Mike McGuire.
