SACRAMENTO, CA – Sen. Susan Rubio (D-Baldwin Park), announced today that the 2019-20 state budget includes $5.6 million to help alleviate the homelessness crisis in the San Gabriel Valley.
“I made tackling the housing and homelessness crisis in the San Gabriel Valley a top priority in my campaign. Now, in my first year as State Senator, I am proud to have successfully secured $5.6 million to support and empower our local service providers to address this crisis in the way that best fits our regional needs,” Sen. Rubio said.
