SACRAMENTO – Sen. Bill Dodd, D-Napa, introduced legislation today to expand provisions of his Water Shutoff Protection Act, ensuring more low-income Californians have uninterrupted access to essential drinking water, especially in times of skyrocketing costs.

SONOMA – Sen. Bill Dodd, D-Napa, will host a virtual town hall Nov. 29 with the state’s controller-elect, Malia Cohen, and a panel of experts discussing the results of the Nov. 8 election and the implications for Californians.
