Sacramento, CA – Senate Bill 230, an environmental protection measure authored by Senator Anthony J. Portantino (D – La Cañada Flintridge) to improve drinking water by investigating Constituents of Emerging Concern (CECs), passed the Senate floor.

Sacramento, CA - State Senator Anthony J. Portantino (D – La Cañada Flintridge) testified yesterday in strong support of a $1 million grant from the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy (SMMC) to the One Arroyo Foundation.

Portantino (D – La Cañada Flintridge) introduced Senate Bill 870, a measure which increases the “age of onset” definition of a developmental disability to 22 years of age and expands supportive services and programs to ages 18-21 for individuals with developmental disabilities. Senate Republican Leader Scott Wilk (R - Santa Clarita) is a joint author of the measure.

Sacramento, California – Senate Bill 485, a measure introduced by Senator Anthony J. Portantino (D – La Canada Flintridge) that extends the sunset date for the film and television production tax credit program for five years, passed the Senate Floor today.
