SB 618 requires the integrated resource plans (IRPs) of all load-serving entities, which include investor-owned utilities (IOUs), electric service providers (ESPs), and community choice aggregators (CCAs), to contribute to a diverse and balanced portfolio of resources.

Governor Brown Signs SB 621 Ensuring Exempt Part-Time Teachers in Private Schools Receive Fair Pay
