Earlier this year, the Trump Administration invited states to revise their Medicaid policies by imposing restrictions that will only lead to fewer people with health insurance. This bill ensures that California says NO to this invitation, and continues to prioritize access to health care for some of our lowest-income residents.

Release: Senator Hernandez Asks CA Attorney General to Investigate City of Industry
